I bought one of Unity's Facebook Insta-sales a few weeks back. I really had no idea what I was "buying" when I wrote "I WANT IT!" but I knew it would be fabulous regardless. And BOY was it EVER! Grab bags of their amazing red rubber. Andrea rocks. A lot of them I didn't have yet, which is a huge accomplishment considering my Unity stash I already own.
I also got my NEW distress inks in the mail. This spring set from my good friend Timmy (ok, so maybe he has NO idea who I am...) is just gorgeous. My favorite color is teal....so peacock feathers? Amazing. And that YELLOW. It's so BRIGHT. I ink around the edge of the stamp with the yellow (which is actually called squeezed lemonade - so clever).
So I got to work and inked up this cute Itty Bitty. I have Mother's Day cards to create! One down:
I used Crate Paper's Farmhouse collection for the paper. I thought it was appropriate for this particular stamp. I LOVE vintage lady stamps! There needs to be more out there. Just sayin.
Speaking of Mother's Day.....my husband ROCKS. While a lot of moms would be cool with flowers or jewelry for Mother's Day, I prefer other things. Check out what he built me......a PHOTO LIGHT BOX! Isn't it great? I love it so much. Perfect gift. He also hooked me up with a tripod over my desk shelf so I can make BETTER videos now! HURRAY!
