Shaping Up Blog Hop with the Gallery Idol Girls

Hola gang! Comin atcha today {on this fine Monday morning} with a very special blog hop post.

I'm joining some of the girls from the Paper Crafts Magazine Gallery Idol Contest for a shaped card blog hop. So fun! This ties in with the current Paper Crafts Magazine July Gallery Challenge, which is a summer shaped card theme. If you came from Elena's blog, you are on the right track.

I found this soda can in the Silhouette store and knew immediately I wanted to create this and put my own retro spin on it. I also knew exactly what stamp I wanted to use, the sentiment is from Unity Stamp Company's Fizzy Feelings stamp set.

This actually ended up being a very easy card once I got it all cut out on my Cameo. Who knew shaped cards were so easy? I don't make them very often but maybe I will now.
