Hello! Cheryl here today, sharing another sunflower card. I used the large sunflower from Holy Cow and decided to try some no-line coloring. This card reminds me of all of my wonderful crafty friends from Kansas (including Erin!).
First I masked and stamped the flowers in a very light gray ink, then I colored them with Polychromos colored pencils. I love how the yellows and greens show so brightly on colored cardstock. To get the cloudy effect, I used a round sponge applicator to randomly pounce white pigment ink in the background. Finally, I heat embossed this sentiment from Hummingbird Love across the top.
This card was really fun to make. Thanks for visiting!
